Delivery Info:

Firewood is a bulky and heavy product and you must plan for delivery.

Delivery Plan:

All orders placed with us before 12 noon can be delivered within 2 working days

(lead times may extend during busy periods).

Normal delivery times are between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Most customers like to be at home when receiving their first order. If you will not be at home on the day of delivery please let us know when placing your order. Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact details when placing your order, including two contact phone numbers if possible. On your scheduled delivery day a courier will ring you to arrange your delivery.

How we Deliver:

Delivery is by a tail-lift truck and your order will be off-loaded using a manual pallet truck which can only operate on level ground with a hard, smooth surface.

Your property must allow for a 7.5 tonne truck. Without adequate access your delivery will be to kerbside only.

Vehicle Access:

Access must be Sufficiently Wide, Reasonably Level & Free of Obstacles.

Customer Deliveries – Terms & conditions:

1. In the event of a customer agreeing to a delivery and then not being at home during the agreed time period, a redelivery charge of €50 per pallet will be made.

2. Delivery drivers are not expected to maneuver the pallet beyond the rear of the vehicle but will always be as helpful as possible where conditions allow.

3. In the event of a delivery not being possible due to poor access or gravel drive then the delivery will have to be “kerbside” (i.e. left as near to the property as possible).

4. All goods must be checked on arrival and delivery paperwork signed unless prior agreement has been made with the delivery company to leave the goods at the property at which point these will be left at the customer’s risk.

5. Any delivery issues must be reported immediately.

6. In the event of any dispute resulting in the goods being returned, payment will be refunded to the customer less all delivery charges. Providing that the product is in tact and has not been partly used.
